In part 3, the cadets pursue Malathion, who is intent on crashing an Earth Day celebration. Vice Academy part 3 had the biggest budget of the entire franchise and it definitely showed in the production quality. Any movie with Ginger Lynn, Linnea Quigley and Karen Russell has to have redeeming value, right?
